摘要/Abstract
在过去二十多年里，随着全球产品竞争日趋激烈，全面质量管理（TQM）在全世界范围得到了普遍的发展。本文以权变理论为基础，运用严谨的实证研究方法，考察TQM与其支持系统MCS之间的相互关系并验证TQM与MCS的适配性所带来的经济后果。
Total quality management has been spread rapidly in the world-wide over the past 20 years。Much has been written about total quality management (TQM) practices and the many benefits that these practices bring to organizations that have successfully adopted them。We document that Chinese enterprises have generally adopted both TQM and MCS to a certain extent, but there exist large differences among the sample firms。
